Horse on Heels is a Fitzroy café offering a unique menu of handcrafted sweet and savory waffles. Upon entry, a suspended waffle grid structure recalls the unique process of making a waffle. A muted, earthy palette and the use of plants creates an atmosphere of calmness. Layers of mesh and perforated ply provide detail and draw connections to an external courtyard space
